Aqualead Hub

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aqualead Hub website and, where applicable, our lead generation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Aqualead Hub provides performance-based B2B lead generation. We identify, contact, and book qualified meetings with prospective customers on behalf of our clients. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a separate service agreement signed with each client.

2. Performance-Based Pricing

Our standard fee is a flat amount per qualified meeting delivered, as defined in the applicable service agreement. There are no setup fees, retainers, or monthly minimums unless expressly agreed in writing. If no qualified meeting is delivered, no fee is charged.

3. Qualified Meetings

What constitutes a “qualified meeting” — including attendee, company, interest, attendance, and engagement criteria, along with no-show, reschedule, and dispute terms — is defined in full in the signed service agreement between Aqualead Hub and the client. That agreement governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, and design, is the property of Aqualead Hub and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

While we work diligently to deliver qualified meetings, we do not guarantee that any meeting will result in a sale, partnership, or other commercial outcome. Sales outcomes depend on factors outside our control and remain the client’s responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqualead Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with a client engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may end a service engagement in accordance with the notice terms in the signed service agreement. Qualified meetings delivered before termination remain payable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
